Of Job Description Responsible for the overall maintenance of the building. This position directs and works with property managers to successfully execute all engineering operations, including proper operation, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, life safety, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems. Works to establish a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Work Hours Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs. Scheduling includes holidays, nights, overnights, and weekends depending on hotel events and functions.
