Job Details

Assists the service staff in the service of food for the guest. Ensure service is more efficient and timely and to guarantee the best possible dining experience for the guest. Completes opening, closing and side work. Sets up food carts and stations for service. Communicates with and supports all staff to better serve the guests. Deliver food and beverage to guests in an accurate and timely manner. Expo build tickets on food and kitchen line. Monitor each guest's dining experience. Pre-set tables for dining and clear tables for next course. Be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients with relation to common dietary restrictions. Maintain a clean dining area at all times. Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par. Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
