The Role

Danican Inc. is looking for a structured and detail-oriented Product & Compliance Coordinator to support our product development activities.

You will play a key role behind the scenes—ensuring that product information, documentation, and compliance requirements are accurate and aligned across customers, factories, and internal teams. This is a critical execution role where your work directly impacts product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Support product development projects from concept to production
  • Maintain product specifications and documentation
  • Coordinate compliance files, certificates, and test reports
  • Manage artwork files and packaging approvals
  • Maintain SKU and product data accuracy
  • Coordinate with factories, labs, and internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Structured and process-driven working style
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through without close supervision
  • Comfortable working with documentation, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in consumer goods, product coordination, or similar operational roles
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to keep multiple tasks on track
  • Proactive in identifying inconsistencies, gaps, or risks
  • Able to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of personal integrity and accountability in handling information and processes
  • Comfortable working in a role focused on execution and coordination rather than commercial decision-making
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000 annualized equivalent (hourly, based on experience and qualifications)
  • Overtime: This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California law
  • Health Insurance: Eligibility for company-sponsored health insurance plan
  • Retirement Plan: Eligibility to participate in a Simple IRA plan
  • Paid Sick Leave: Provided in accordance with California law
  • Vacation: Paid vacation based on company policy
  • Parental Leave: Provided in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations, with additional company-supported benefits

What You Can Expect

  • A central role in an international product development environment
  • Close collaboration with sales, factories, and global partners
  • A role where accuracy, structure, and follow-through are essential to success

Important

This is not a design, sales, or marketing role.

This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy creating structure, ensuring accuracy, and working behind the scenes to make complex processes run smoothly.
