Custom House Restaurant Group is opening a new full-service restaurant in Shell Beach serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are looking for reliable team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and supporting great guest service.

Bussers help keep the dining room clean, organized, and running smoothly while supporting servers during service.

We provide full coverage for required Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training and certification. Training time and certification costs are covered in accordance with company policy and California requirements.

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations

Restock glassware, silverware, and supplies

Assist servers with table maintenance and service support

Help maintain a smooth flow of service

Follow sanitation and safety standards

Requirements

Restaurant experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented attitude
Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to obtain and maintain a California Food Handler Certification
