A company is looking for a Staff Engineer on the Experimentation team.Key Responsibilities:Build the experimentation statistical engine ensuring statistical correctness across all experiment typesDesign warehouse-native experimentation that runs analysis inside customer warehouses and build modular, warehouse-agnostic abstractionsLead adaptive experimentation systems and drive the platform roadmap with product, design, and data science teamsQualifications:10+ years of experience in building large-scale experimentation platforms or data-intensive backend servicesKnowledge of applied statistics including hypothesis testing, sequential analysis, and experiment designExperience with adaptive experimentation ML techniques such as contextual bandits and Bayesian optimizationTrack record of designing warehouse-agnostic systems across major data platforms like Snowflake and BigQueryExpertise in backend programming languages such as Go or Python
