A company is looking for a Director of Performance Management.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop a standardized reporting framework to measure and communicate market share performanceDefine and maintain metrics, baselines, targets, and performance indicators for enterprise-wide performance managementCollaborate with various teams to ensure alignment between performance metrics and business objectivesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent of 7+ years in Managed Care or Medicare10+ years of operational experience with Managed Care and/or MedicareStrong experience in performance measurement, reporting, and analytics translationKnowledge of applicable state, federal, and third-party regulationsMaster's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
