A company is looking for a ServiceNow University Consultant - Program Lead to drive training strategy and execution across the Latin America region.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate training programs and initiatives across assigned regionsAct as the primary point of contact between customers, internal teams, and stakeholdersAdvise enterprise clients on training strategies, learning pathways, and adoption plansRequired Qualifications:Experience delivering or advising on enterprise training programs (ServiceNow preferred)Minimum 5+ years in consulting, account management, program leadership, or solution consultingExperience with enterprise-level learning, enablement, or change management initiativesAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholdersFluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
