A company is looking for a Global Benefits Manager (Remote).Key Responsibilities:Design and evaluate benefits programs across the US, UK, and Canada, ensuring competitiveness and complianceOversee the administration of health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefits, including managing open enrollment and leave programsLead relationships with brokers and vendors, ensuring compliance and high-quality employee experienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred7+ years of experience in benefits administration, with multi-country program experienceExperience in designing and managing health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefit programsStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to employee benefits across applicable jurisdictionsExperience with Workday Benefits or similar HRIS platforms preferred
