Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 + performance-based bonus

Job Description: Front Office Manager/General Manager

The General Manager will oversee all daily operations, aligning with the owner's goals while delivering exceptional guest services and fostering top-tier team performance. This role will involve collaborating closely with CTH's leadership team, which is based in Santa Monica, for guidance and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all hotel departments, ensuring alignment with our objectives
• Develop and oversee guest service initiatives to provide outstanding guest experiences
• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff members
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and achieving financial goals
• Ensure proper inventory management and uphold high standards for guest rooms

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within a 3-5 star or boutique hotel
• Proven leadership ability with an entrepreneurial approach
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Strong, verifiable professional references
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• At least 5+ years in hotel management (required)
• A minimum of 5+ years working in boutique or luxury hotel settings (required)
