We are currently seeking an EPIC PracticeExecutive Senior Director - Remote to join our team in Plano, Texas, United States.

Position Summary

NTT DATA is looking for a Senior Director of Healthcare AI Solutions to lead the development and commercialization of innovative, AI-driven offerings for healthcare providers. This role focuses on helping clients unlock new clinical, operational, and financial value, with a strong emphasis on Epic EMR-integrated solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping NTT DATA's healthcare AI strategy, supporting sales pursuits, and bringing differentiated solutions to market that complement our end-to-end managed services across Digital Workplace, Applications, Infrastructure, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI Solution Development: Build scalable, Epic-integrated AI solutions addressing clinical workflows, patient engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Drive Provider Value: Translate provider challenges (clinician burnout, access, cost, RCM performance) into high-impact AI use cases.
• Enable Growth: Partner with sales (CEs, SEs) to support deals, shape solutions, and deliver compelling demos and client presentations.
• Align with Managed Services: Position AI as a value accelerator across NTT DATA's digital workplace, applications, infrastructure, and RCM offerings.
• Collaborate Globally: Work across healthcare, Epic, and AI teams to bring solutions from concept to market.
• Represent NTT DATA: Engage in industry forums, client events, and thought leadership to showcase our innovation.

What You Bring

• 15+ years in healthcare IT/services, focused on provider organizations
• Experience building or leading AI/analytics solutions in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of Epic EMR and provider workflows
• Proven success supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and complex deals
• Ability to connect technology to business value and outcomes
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
