BNED - - Responsibilities: Lead the stores daily operation and act as the store leader; Drive sales, customer service, team building, and problem solving; Be accountable for financial results, operations, merchandising, talent acquisition, customer service, and campus relations; Train, direct, and counsel store team to create positive customer experiences; Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage merchandise availability and inventories
