Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Payments Engineering team, tasked with supporting and enhancing decision-making processes across multiple areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, demonstrate an analytical approach to problem-solving, and exhibit a mission-driven attitude to improve organizational capabilities. This role requires partnering closely with Payments engineering, operations, and product teams to strategize and execute processes, while keeping a keen eye on increasing productivity and quality across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of Payments programs, ensuring technical feasibility and driving projects from end to end.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity within technical teams.
• Facilitate communication across leadership and teams to manage timeline, status, and risk accountability effectively.
• Define success criteria with stakeholders and regularly assess and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and prioritize actions across Payments, ensuring alignment on project success.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the capability to influence others and adapt to varying team cadences.
• Familiarity with task management tools like Asana or Jira, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Industry Experience Required:

• Previous experience in the Payments domain is highly beneficial.
• A minimum of 10+ years in the software development industry, with at least 7 of those years in a technical project management role.
• B.S. in Computer Science, or the equivalent in related technical experience.
