Residential Re-Entry Housing Placement Coordinator & CBT Facilitator SANTA Maria DRC, Santa Maria, CA Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Re-Entry Housing Placement Coordinator & CBT Facilitator to join our team at our Day Reporting Center (DRC) located in Santa Maria, CA. Our Day Reporting Centers in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria, CA provide a community-based alternative to incarceration for clients on parole. CSI uses a curricula-driven, evidence-based model designed to assess the needs of each client to reduce individual risk factors. This position is responsible for facilitating stable housing placement for participants re-entering the community while also delivering evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Training (CBT) programming and life skills services. This position supports participants in achieving long-term housing stability, behavioral change, and successful reintegration into the community.
Position Overview
Schedule : Monday through Friday with varied shift hours based on program needs (shift hours will be between 9am and 8pm).
Hourly Rate: $26.45

Qualifications: Must possess an Associate's degree from as accredited institution, and A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a RRH Placement Coordinator or similar position; or Four (4) years of experience as a RRH Placement Coordinator or similar position. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills desired. Experience with Microsoft Office.
