The Associate Therapist will provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, support clients in achieving mental health goals, develop personalized therapeutic plans, and maintain detailed case notes. Additional responsibilities include participating in supervision, collaborating with other therapists, and staying current on best practices in mental health treatment. The role emphasizes compassion, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach.
