Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Intern, Digital Product Management to join our Sales and Events Digital Product Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Digital and Salesand Events Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analytics team, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.

As part of Hyatt's Corporate Internship Program, this role delivers a hands-on, skills-based experience designed to accelerate learning, growth, and professional confidence. Interns are embedded within the business, partnering closely with experienced leaders on meaningful, real-world projects that support Hyatt's strategic priorities. The program includes intentional mentorship, regular feedback, and opportunities to engage across functions-offering a behind-the-scenes look at how a global hospitality company operates. Interns also have the opportunity to connect with Hyatt's purpose through participation in World of Care initiatives.

The Role

The Digital Product Management intern will work with agile digital product teams that support Sales and Events systems and applications. They'll gain exposure to digital transformation of the colleague and customer journey by helping a team of designers and engineers define problems to be solved, creatively develop solutions, support user research, aid design and development, test, and analyze features through data and analytics.

They'll present their findings, insights, and recommendations to other Product Managers and Product Management leaders.

Responsibilities

- Analyzes data coming from existing digital products to make recommendations about areas for improvement

- Writes user stories that help designers and engineers execute on their work in a way that the software meets specific functional and non-functional user needs

- Presents findings to stakeholders and to team members across the digital group

- Tests new software to identify bugs or other issues

- Creates documentation and artifacts that help serve as a collective body of wisdom for new and existing team members

- Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values

Qualifications:
Education

- College Undergraduate currently enrolled in a 4 year program (BA,BS)

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job

- Strong understanding of how the internet works

- Comfortable working on a Mac

- Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Document Cloud (presentations, etc.)

Additional Comments and Requirements

- Able to juggle multiple priorities in parallel
