Job Description
Remote Outbound Specialist for Integrated Customer Services. This role is a high‑volume outbound sales position working through a fast‑paced dialer to encourage utility customers to enroll in energy‑saving programs.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to secure enrollments.

Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.

Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments.

Participate in training sessions and collaborate with the remote team.

Earn commissions based on defined metrics.

Provide bilingual support for Spanish‑speaking customers (preferred).

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Minimum 6 months of customer‑facing experience, with inbound/outbound call center experience preferred.

Ability to type 35+ WPM.

Strong sales orientation and customer‑service focus.

Availability for a committed schedule with set lunches and breaks.

Good attendance and punctuality.

“How can I help you?” attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous outbound sales experience.

Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Experience navigating scripts and using multiple platforms.

Remote Work Requirements
Company provides a laptop, software, and all necessary equipment.

Home Internet Requirements

10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download / 99% latency .

Internet speed must be verified; use a free speed test.

Internet must be hardwired to a router.

Compensation
$18 per hour plus a $65 monthly internet stipend.
