Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Michigan
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a remote full-time position focused on telehealth counseling. The therapist in this role will work with clients across a range of concerns, including family issues, relationship difficulties, stress, and emotional health. The day-to-day work is centered on delivering therapy, building treatment plans, documenting care, and helping clients make steady improvements over time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Perform clinical assessments and gather relevant background information
• Create treatment plans with clear goals and follow-up strategies
• Help clients work through conflict, communication issues, and emotional challenges
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in Michigan
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
