We re looking for a strong operator to lead one of our Wingstop restaurants.
At Wingstop, our mission is to Serve the World Flavor, and our General Managers play a critical role in bringing that to life through people, performance, and culture.
This is a leadership role where you own the performance of the restaurant.
What you ll do:
Build, lead, and develop a strong team
Drive sales while maintaining cost control
Own staffing, scheduling, and performance
Create a culture of accountability, recognition, and consistency
Ensure operational standards are executed at a high level
What we re looking for:
5+ years of restaurant or retail leadership experience
Experience managing teams and driving performance
Strong understanding of labor, cost control, and operations
Ability to hire, train, and develop team members
A leader who takes ownership and leads from the front
Compensation & Incentives:
$2,000 signing bonus (paid over time)
Performance bonus paid every 6 months
Opportunity to grow within a multi-unit operator
