Seeking a nanny near San Luis Obispo for my son. The hours are very unusual! It is to cover my shift work. The basics (it's more complicated than this) are 4 days/week either 3 a.m. to 8. 30 a.m. (including breakfast and going to school) OR 5 p.m. to midnight (including school pick-up, dinner, bath and bedtime) on weekdays. Weekends are longer hours due to no school. He will be asleep for at least half of the hours scheduled. Ideal for a retired grandma who already wakes earlier, but open to any ideas. Also will need back-ups and exceptional care for the primary person chosen.
