Position Overview
  • The Home Health Advisor is responsible for driving revenue growth through both new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. This is a consultative, field-based sales role focused on assessing homeowner needs, building tailored solutions, and guiding projects from initial conversation through close.

  • You will serve as the primary liaison between the client and the company—ensuring alignment, clarity, and a seamless transition from sales to production.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach

  • Maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow

Client Consultations

  • Conduct on-site meetings to assess property conditions and homeowner goals

  • Evaluate exterior systems (paint, wood, moisture, structural concerns)

  • Provide clear, accurate estimates and recommended solutions

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Deliver a high level of service, responsiveness, and professionalism

  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond

Pipeline & Deal Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close

  • Track all opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps within CRM

  • Negotiate and close deals that align with company standards and client expectations

Operational Alignment

  • Ensure clean, accurate handoff to Project Management and Field Teams

  • Align scopes with production capabilities and company systems

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting

  • Provide insights on pipeline health, close rates, and revenue projections

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in field sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing

  • Demonstrated success closing $550K+ annually over the past two years

  • 4+ years of experience in construction, painting, or related technical trades

  • Strong understanding of estimating, scopes of work, and project timelines

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and estimating tools (PaintScout or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management tools (Smartsheets or similar)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with disciplined follow-up and pipeline management

  • Performance-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Coachable, self-reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
