Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Inventory Control Coordinator to join their team. As a Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Pay Range: $23-$25/hr

Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm Wednesday - Sunday

What's the Job?

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating work, delegating tasks, and resolving issues.

• Oversee verification of work orders, part numbers, batch numbers, and packaging specifications.

• Lead and ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation such as Production Reports, Rack Tickets, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, and SAP transactions.

• Partner cross-functionally to process deviations and quality notifications according to established processes.

• Support inventory control through weekly cycle counts, delegated tasks, and process improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous warehousing experience required.

• Ability to operate a forklift.

• Possess a valid driver's license to drive company truck (no CDL required).

• SAP familiarity is a plus.
