Our client, a leader in high-precision manufacturing within the technology sector, is seeking a Cleanroom Assembly Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Cleanroom Assembly Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring the assembly of ultra-high purity systems and subassemblies in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cleanroom Assembly Technician

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Pay Range: $23hr-$25hr

Shift: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm)

2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm)

What's the Job?

• Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies based on engineering drawings and work instructions within a cleanroom environment.

• Follow safety protocols and operate in accordance with all work instructions to maintain a safe workspace.

• Install tube fittings using VCR and compression fittings under supervision, ensuring precision and quality.

• Perform routine assembly operations, maintaining accuracy and consistency to meet production deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, supporting 6S responsibilities and ensuring timely on-time shipments.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 0-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or related fields.

• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions effectively.

• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs daily and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
