Join the Amy Downs Team as a Buyers Agent supporting Forney and surrounding areas. We seek a motivated, client-focused professional to confidently assist homebuyers throughout every step of the real estate experience. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team committed to exceptional service and making the home buying process seamless and rewarding. If you're passionate about real estate and dedicated to helping clients find their perfect home, we want to hear from you! Texas real estate license is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in finding and acquiring residential properties that align with their preferences and financial plans
- Perform market analysis and deliver current information on property listings and real estate trends to clients
- Arrange and lead property tours, emphasizing important features and advantages to prospective buyers
- Represent clients in negotiating purchase offers and counteroffers to achieve optimal terms
- Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and other relevant parties to facilitate a seamless transaction
- Keep clients informed with consistent updates and promptly address any inquiries during the buying journey
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to promote referrals and ongoing business opportunities
- Current and valid Texas real estate license
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Buyers Agent or in a comparable real estate position
- In-depth understanding of the Forney real estate market and nearby communities
- Exceptional skills in negotiation and communication
- Demonstrated capability to handle multiple clients and transactions concurrently
- Experienced in using real estate CRM platforms and MLS databases
- Highly detail-focused with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Able to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet client demands
