Expectations of a Customer Service Representative: - Establishing credibility and trust with our customers to ensure a smooth move day preparation and lasting referral source.
- Handling customer questions or concerns, and providing proper solutions.
- Follow up and follow through on customers' moving needs.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Organize and complete all administrative responsibilities with high levels of efficiency, including reporting and other assignments by established deadlines.
Job Type and Compensation:
- Full time with option for 4 x10 schedule.
- $18.00-21.00 per hour with opportunity to earn commission.
