Job Summary:
Come join an innovative team focused on enhancing the sales journey through effective Salesforce management and optimizations. In this role, you'll define the strategy and roadmap for our core Salesforce instance, integrating third-party tools for a seamless sales experience, and refining the lead-to-cash process. Spearheading projects from inception to execution, you'll be the linchpin for creating a compelling technical ecosystem that fosters sales success and exceptional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate extensively with users, engineering, and stakeholders to develop an impactful roadmap, driving adoption and engagement.
• Define and prioritize the strategic direction of Sales Technology capabilities, owning product planning and roadmap activities.
• Utilize data to inform decisions and establish metrics that accurately measure goals.
• Directly engage with the sales team to understand their needs, incorporating their feedback into product development.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, managing risks and maintaining clear, frequent communication to ensure alignment with strategic outcomes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and custom object management.
• Proven capability in managing Salesforce integration with third-party tools.
• Strong background in delivering technology solutions within a SaaS environment, particularly related to sales.

Domain Experience Required:
Deep knowledge in Sales and CRM systems development, with a preference for candidates holding a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is essential, along with a proven track record in the SaaS domain, focusing on sales technology implementation and optimization.
