Role: Oracle Fusion Solution Architect / Principal Consultant (Oracle PPM)

Location: Houston, TX Remote is fine
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design
Strategy: Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis to align with Oracle Cloud best practices.
Define overall solution architecture and target operating model for Oracle Fusion Financials
Lead global design workshops (GDWs) and drive design harmonization across regions
Establish global templates, Own solution blueprint, architecture documents, and design authority governance
Drive fit-to-standard approach, minimizing customizations
Define integration architecture (upstream/downstream systems, middleware, APIs)
Oversee data migration strategy from multiple legacy ERPs
Ensure compliance with global statutory, tax, and reporting requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators globally
Provide guidance on Oracle best practices and accelerators
Identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies
Configure Oracle PPM modules (Costing, Billing, Management, Etc) and integrate with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR) or third-party systems.
Provide guidance on data migration, reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), and technical extensions.
Required Skills
Experience
Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle PPM Cloud (Project Management, Costing, Billing) and associated integrations with Oracle and third party systems
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, and REST/SOAP services.
Integration Knowledge: Ability to interface PPM with ERP Cloud, SCM, or EBS.
Experience Level: Typically, 12-20 years in IT and 10+ specifically in Oracle Cloud implementations and PPM.
Certifications: Oracle Cloud Certification in PPM is highly preferred
