Major Responsibilities:
Oversees daily service by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, scheduling, vehicle data reporting etc.
Provides customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding service information.
Manages emergency situations for vehicle operators.
Manages daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
Already have or the ability to obtain a CDL (will train)
Minimum Education & Certifications Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3-5 years experience preferred but will train.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and analytical abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of and efficient use of computer applications, Word Excel etc.
