What You'll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of real estate escrow transactions
Open and maintain escrow accounts, ensuring all terms are met
Act as a neutral liaison between all parties, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk
Handle funds accurately and in accordance with contract terms and company policy
Review titles, mortgages, and trust deeds
Prepare and process closing documents and final settlement statements
Record and file documents to successfully close transactions
Provide clear, timely updates to all parties throughout the process
What You'll Bring
2-4 years of escrow experience (Escrow Assistant background a plus)
Strong decision-making, organization, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills with clients and internal partners
A customer-first mindset with a positive, professional approach
Comfort adapting to new technology and workflows
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Team-oriented with a willingness to support and mentor others
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
Required state licensing/certification
High school diploma or equivalent
