Must-Have:
Candidates must have experience with Oasis (government mandated form).
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working in a home setting with physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy.

Description:
Unit Notes:
This position requires coverage of a geographical region.
The majority of work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Weekend requirement is every third weekend.
Holidays will be considered on a minor holiday basis, with major holidays only if needed.
Scrub color or uniform is business attire with a white lab coat; jeans are not permitted.
Common diagnoses/types of patients include orthopedic conditions, strokes, and spinal injuries.
Experience in a home health setting is preferred but not required.
There is floor-specific orientation lasting 1.5 to 2 weeks.
Rehab aides, occupational therapy assistants, and physical therapy assistants will typically be permanent staff.
Charting is done using an electronic medical record system.
Candidates with BLS certification will be preferred.
