Training Coordinator

Location: 100% onsite in Avila Beach

Assignment will be a 4/10 work schedule

Pay Range: $45.00/hour - $51.50/hour

Duration: 1 year contract

o Knowledge in nuclear plant training

o Microsoft Suite Proficiency

o Independent thinker

Administer training programs within Power Generation as directed

Monitor training and qualification / requalification programs for General Employee Training

Leaning Management System (SAP LSO) Administrator, NANTel Administrator, VISION Database /Online Exam Administrator

Learning Services Website / Sharepoint Administrator, and supporting Web-based Training functionality

Continuously improve the learning process using internal and external best practices

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in administering training programs/proctoring online exams

Desired Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Demonstrated experience in entering and extracting data from SAP

Experience with Apprenticeship training programs

Strong time management skills; able to produce work that is accurate, thorough

and on time

Ability to identify and improve process and program inefficiencies
