Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintaining Safe & Secure Environment: assist Store Leadership in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both Associates and Customers; Provides visible command presence at Store entrances/exits and on sales floor; Mitigating Theft; Fraud: monitors entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft; communicates theft indicators to leadership; Minimizing Operational Shortage: increases store awareness on processes to minimize shortage and trains Educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Developing Great Teams & Partnerships: provides customer service, greets customers, and collaborates with internal and external partners
