Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Representative (Remote - CST Hours)

Payrate: $ 19.82
We are seeking experienced Healthcare Call Center Representatives to join a high-volume, fast-paced, and compliance-driven environment. This is a safety-sensitive, fully remote role requiring candidates to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 80-100 inbound calls per day in a high-volume call center environment
Assist with healthcare-related inquiries including prior authorizations, appeals, and drug benefits
Accurately document complex case details while navigating multiple systems
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards
Provide professional, timely, and empathetic customer support
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Minimum 2 years of healthcare and/or health call center experience
At least 6 months in a high-volume call center environment (inbound calls only)
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated, compliance-driven setting
Comfortable working extended periods on the phone in a true call center environment
Preferred Qualifications
6+ months of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) or pharmaceutical experience
Knowledge of:
Medicare Part D
Prior authorizations
Appeals processes
Drug benefits
Familiarity with insurance types: Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid
Technical & Remote Requirements
Prior remote work experience (minimum 6 months)
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable wired internet connection required
Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details: $19.82 per hour
