Pearce is seeking a dedicated Telecommunications Wireline Field Technician to join our team to help maintain and also upgrade wireline telecommunication infrastructure. This role involves traveling to remote job sites, performing hands-on repairs and maintenance, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Core Responsibilities: Maintain wireline telecommunication infrastructure. Perform maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades. Travel to remote job sites as needed (company vehicle provided). Ensure compliance with FCC, FAA, EPA, and OSHA regulations. Operate computers or tablets for reporting and communication. Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs. Core Experience: Background in construction is required. Experience pouring concrete pads is a plus but not required.
