JOB DESCRIPTION

Browder Painting Company is seeking motivated individuals who want more than just an hourly job. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, enjoy delivering exceptional service to clients, and are motivated to grow through performance and advancement.

No prior painting experience is required. We provide professional training in our systems and standards. What we cannot train is work ethic, reliability, attitude, and personal integrity. Those qualities are essential.

This position works on high-end residential and light commercial projects throughout San Luis Obispo County. Team members are responsible for preparation, surface protection, application of coatings, job site organization, and delivering a professional client experience.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly base rate plus performance-based opportunities tied to productivity, quality, and adherence to company standards. Advancement opportunities are available for individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, and strong production results.

Top performers are typically promoted within 6-12 months.

Salary Description

$23 - $36 per hour + Bonus
