Job Description:

• Maintain accurate records and logs of all training conducted.
• Conduct organizational-wide training needs assessments to identify any skills or knowledge gaps.
• Utilize experience and knowledge to stay informed on new training methods and techniques.
• Assess the effectiveness of instruction and the impact of training on employee skills.
• Gather feedback from the Training Manager and trainees after educational sessions.
• Collaborate with clients and leadership to address any urgent requirements.
• Keep the curriculum database and training records updated.
• Oversee the local IC training office and maintain its equipment.
• Research and recommend new training methods as necessary.
• Be prepared to assist with on-site responsibilities when required.
• Be flexible to work varying hours and shifts based on client and officer needs.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate expertise in patrolling premises effectively.
• Control access and serve as a critical gatekeeper for safety.
• Have experience operating CCTV cameras.
• Be tech-savvy and possess computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence.
• Respond promptly to incidents as they arise.
• Write detailed reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with management and law enforcement as needed.
• Stay vigilant, maintain professionalism, and keep security operations top-notch.
