Major Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily service by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, scheduling, vehicle data reporting etc.
• Provides customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding service information.
• Manages emergency situations for vehicle operators.
• Manages daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
• Already have or the ability to obtain a CDL (will train)

Minimum Education & Certifications Required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years experience preferred but will train.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of and efficient use of computer applications, Word Excel etc.
• Transdev maintains a drug-free workplace. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
