Job Details

We are looking for a handy person who can help our full-time Facilities Manager with projects. Projects range very widely, focusing on general maintenance of a daycare and boarding facility for dogs. The boarding and daycare facility is a nonprofit that supports New Life K9s, a service dog training organization that provides service dogs to Veterans or First Responders with PTSD at no charge. The pet resort is open from 7:30am to 6:00pm on weekdays and from 8am to 5pm on weekends. Volunteers can come anytime during those hours.

Jobs could include landscaping, painting, basic construction/repairs, weeding, mowing, or anything else you think you could help with! There is always weeding as we do this by hand - no machinery and no chemicals to keep the dogs safe and to minimize stress factors for them.
