Position Overview
We are supporting a national client in growing their remote customer support team and are looking for Call Center Representatives who can deliver excellent service on every interaction. You will handle inbound calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, and accurately document each customer experience.

Key Responsibilities - Handle high?volume inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions or concerns
- Document call details in the system with accuracy
- Follow all compliance and quality procedures
- Escalate complex issues when needed while maintaining ownership
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as attendance, call quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements - Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and friendly
- Ability to multitask in a high?activity environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Dependable, self?motivated, and ready to begin soon
