Job Description Prestige Travel Agency by Mich is seeking a Travel Customer Experience Representative to support clients throughout their travel journey, from booking through post?trip follow?up. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
