Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Patient Financial Services
• Review outstanding claims
• Perform timely follow-up with payors
• Correct claim errors
• Ensure accurate and prompt reimbursement

Qualifications:

• Experience with Commercial, Managed Care, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.
• High School Diploma
• Medical Office Billing or Hospital Rev Cycle (1 year plus experience)
• CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes
• Worked with billing software/EMR systems (Meditech and/or EPIC, preferred)
• Strong communication skills
