Litigation Associate Attorney – California (2–7 Years) CA | Hybrid/Remote
A nationally recognized mid-sized litigation law firm established more than 50 years ago is seeking a California-licensed associate attorney with 2–7 years of litigation experience to join their team.
For over five decades, this mid-sized firm has built a reputation for defending complex, high-exposure matters nationwide. It is consistently recognized in national rankings for litigation excellence and is widely known for its depth in trial work. Attorneys work alongside seasoned trial lawyers handling sophisticated cases for Fortune 500 companies and closely held businesses.
The Role
• Manage a docket of active litigated matters
• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare and argue motions
• Participate in trial preparation from strategy through verdict
• Communicate directly with clients and develop practical, business-focused solutions
• Handle Complex Litigation matters
Practice Exposure Includes
General Liability, Premises Liability, Product Liability, ERISA Litigation, Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation, Construction Litigation, and Complex Tort Matters.
Compensation & Workload
• Base salary up to $200,000
• 1900 billable hour target
• Quarterly performance bonuses
• Annual discretionary bonus

What We're Looking For
• Completed JD & Active California Bar admission
• 2–7 years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters independently with partner guidance
• Client-focused approach and sound judgment
