Our client is a high-performing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm with a proven track record of recovering multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of seriously injured victims. They handle a broad spectrum of personal injury litigation — from motor vehicle accidents to catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, and more.


What You'll Do :

  • Represent plaintiffs in a wide array of personal injury matters including, but not limited to: car accidents, truck and motorcycle collisions, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, slip-and-fall, workplace accidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, spinal/brain injury, and other high-stakes injury cases.
  • Manage case load from intake through resolution — including client interviews, investigation, discovery, trial preparation, negotiations with insurance companies, and, when necessary, taking cases to trial.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of other attorneys, paralegals, and expert witnesses to build strong cases. Our client emphasizes teamwork, thorough preparation, and strategic case development.
  • Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and client-centered communication. Provide clear updates to clients and ensure they understand their rights, options, and case progress.


What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law, with demonstrated success in handling serious injury and high-value personal injury cases.
  • Strong background in a broad range of personal injury case types (motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury, premises liability, wrongful death, etc.).
  • Must have experience with Sexual Assault/Abuse Injury cases.
  • Excellent litigation skills — from pleadings and motions to discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Ability to manage a robust caseload, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially dealing with insurance companies, experts, and clients.
  • Commitment to client-focused representation, empathy, integrity, and professional ethics.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 130,000 and $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
