Associate Attorney - Products Liability Defense Litigation

A rapidly growing, established national litigation firm seeks two attorneys with 1+ years of civil defense litigation.

The candidate MUST have experience working on products liability, mass torts, environmental, toxic torts - talc, asbestos and/or silicosis related cases - defense side. Experience with written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and/or trial preparation is ideal. Must be highly motivated with strong written, analytical and communication skills.

This position is currently fully remote or hybrid (office is downtown LA) except for court appearances, depositions, mediations, and/or trial.

Licensure in California is required. Residence in California is required.

Excellent opportunity to work on a trial team as the team has a number of cases set for trial in 2026! This position could be an Associate, Senior Associate, Of Counsel or Partner level depending on your experience.

Competitive salary between $110 - 220k commensurate with years and depth of experience + QUARTERLY attorney BONUS potential for billable hours (can be up to an additional 20k in compensation) + excellent benefit package.
