The responsibilities of the HR Business Partner position are as follows:


  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management team members, providing direct, candid HR guidance aligned with operational and financial objectives
  • Build strong, credible relationships with leaders and employees to drive engagement, accountability, and performance
  • Challenge leaders when necessary and provide clear recommendations rooted in data, policy, and business impact
  • Drives rigorous performance management practices, including coaching, feedback, development planning, and corrective action when required
  • Partners with leaders on succession planning, talent assessments, and development of high-potential employees
  • Supports workforce planning and organizational design decisions to ensure the right structure, skills, and capacity
  • Proactively manages employee relations matters with a balanced, business-minded approach
  • Ensures consistent application of policies, practices, and employment laws to minimize risk and drive fairness
  • Partners with leaders to resolve issues quickly, decisively, and appropriately


To succeed as the HR Business Partner, you'll need to have the following background:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated exposure across multiple HR disciplines (employee relations, talent management, organizational development, compensation, benefits, HRIS, etc.)
  • Aerospace and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR actions to operational and financial outcomes
  • Ability to influence and challenge leaders using facts, data, and sound judgment
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results amid competing priorities
