Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Event Manager located in San Luis Obispo, CA, at The White Barn. The Event Manager will coordinate and oversee all aspects of weddings and special events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing bookings and vendor communication, assisting with event setup and teardown, overseeing logistics, addressing client needs on-site, and ensuring events proceed as planned. The role will also include post-event evaluations and coordination of venue maintenance to uphold high standards. Hours per week: 10-20 Pay: $18/hour Start Date: April 1st, 2026
