Description:

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior leadership figure. This role serves as a trusted partner and liaison across executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with the ability to manage complexity, anticipate needs, and operate with discretion in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex, high-volume calendar, ensuring alignment of priorities across meetings and engagements
  • Provide daily agenda support and real-time schedule adjustments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in compliance with policy
  • Serve as a central point of contact for communications and stakeholder coordination
  • Support internal and external meetings, including materials and logistics
  • Act as a professional liaison to senior leaders, clients, and partners
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Anticipate needs, problem-solve proactively, and follow through on action items


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or equivalent leadership
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and expenses
  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
