We are purpose-built, merging the industry's top specialty companies to amplify our Innovation Capabilities in analytics & AI, data management & engineering, UX and digital experience, and technical platform integration, automation & security engineering.
About the Role
We're supporting a global technology organization dedicated to helping consumers, educators, and small businesses overcome their most important financial challenges. The team you will join focuses on improving financial literacy for millions of educators and students through innovative, early-stage digital products.
As a Technical Program Manager on this mission-driven, fast-paced 0–1 product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering new experiences that empower students to build financial confidence and long-term success.
You will be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Design, and Curriculum teams—establishing strong execution rhythms that enable clarity, speed, and high-quality delivery.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive the Operating Rhythm: Own the end-to-end operational mechanics from sprint planning to quarterly delivery, ensuring seamless handoffs between Product, Design, Curriculum, and Engineering.
- Ensure Predictable Delivery: Build and manage comprehensive program plans for complex initiatives, focusing on accurate estimation and the elimination of "surprises" through proactive risk mitigation.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Governance: Lead critical forums including Design Reviews, Bug Hunts, and Product Syncs to maintain high standards of accountability and execution rigor.
- Master Stakeholder Transparency: Serve as the primary point of contact for
- Intuit partners, translating technical progress into clear status narratives that keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
- Champion Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze team performance and "what's not working" to implement lightweight, scalable process improvements that increase velocity without adding unnecessary overhead.
- Navigate Tradeoffs and Prioritization: Identify and socialize critical path risks and resource conflicts early, facilitating timely decision-making to keep high-visibility deadlines on track.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience, including 2–3+ years supporting smaller, early-stage (0–1) product teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to track complex technical and program details, manage ambiguity, and coordinate across highly cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment and operate effectively at all levels.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to:
- Communicate program goals and progress to executive audiences
- Translate technical complexity into clear risks and tradeoffs
- Dive into details with engineering teams when needed
- Exceptional ability to build trusted relationships and leverage them to drive alignment and delivery across organizational boundaries.
- Strong understanding of SaaS technologies and software development life cycles, with demonstrated ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams on complex technical programs.
- Experience establishing or maturing operating rhythms, execution frameworks, or delivery mechanisms that scale with team and product growth
