Strengthen core ATS workflows and expand AI where it truly helps.

Reduce friction, complexity, and product debt.

Measure what matters: usage, retention, time-to-hire.

You've scaled real B2B SaaS products, not just shipped v1.

ATS or AI product experience is a plus.
