Program Overview
The Taylor Farms Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in the fresh food industry through immersive projects, mentorship, and real-world problem-solving.
Each Taylor Farms location and subsidiary designs its own internship experience tailored to its business operations. This provides interns with a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the people, processes, and innovation that drive our products from field to fork.
Interns are encouraged to learn from cross-functional teams, explore multiple areas of the business, and contribute meaningfully to work that supports our mission of delivering high-quality, fresh food every day.

This is a paid internship. Compensation will vary based on location, department, role responsibilities, and experience, and will be determined in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal wage laws. Final compensation will be communicated during the interview or offer process.
For roles based in California only: the anticipated hourly rate begins at $18.00 per hour.
