Remote Special Education TeacherWe are seeking Remote Special Education Teachers to deliver high-quality virtual special education services to students in Pre-K through 12th grade. Educators may reside anywhere in the United States and must hold, or be eligible to obtain, appropriate state licensure. Support for multi-state licensure is provided.As part of our telepractice team, you will work closely with clinical and educational partners to support students individualized needs while maintaining high standards of documentation, compliance, and collaboration.What Youll DoDeliver direct virtual special education instruction aligned to each students Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with federal, state, and school requirements.Conduct academic and functional assessments as part of special education service determinations.Maintain accurate and timely progress monitoring documentation, including service logs and periodic progress reports, in accordance with FERPA requirements.Track and document billable service time accurately and consistently.Participate as an active member of the IEP team, including virtual meetings and collaborative planning.Collaborate with families, general education teachers, related service providers, and internal clinical staff.Utilize technology platforms to deliver instruction, complete documentation, and communicate effectively.QualificationsBachelors degree in Special Education or a related field.Valid Special Education teaching license in at least one U.S. state, with willingness to pursue licensure in additional states as needed.At least one year of school-based experience or comparable experience providing special education instruction and services.Demonstrated ability to manage caseload responsibilities independently in a remote setting.Availability to provide a minimum number of daytime service hours to meet student needs (part-time and full-time options available).Required SkillsStrong communication and relationship-building skills with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Highly organized with effective time management and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated and committed to making a positive impact on student outcomes.Comfortable working in a virtual environment and adapting instruction for online service delivery.Proficient with technology, including the ability to learn new platforms and complete digital documentation accurately.Why Work With UsFully remote opportunities with flexible scheduling options.Clinical and administrative support from a dedicated telepractice team.Licensure assistance to expand your ability to serve students across states.Consistent expectations and clear documentation standards.Opportunity to focus on meaningful student impact through virtual service delivery.
